User Agreement

Rules for using KYP services, responsibilities of parties and termination conditions.

Scope & Parties

This agreement governs the relationship between KYP Educational Technologies and the user for SaaS services.
Corporate accounts are responsible for managing and informing authorised users.

Use of Service

Confidentiality and accuracy of account info is the user’s responsibility.
Service must be used lawfully and in good faith.
Unauthorized access attempts may lead to temporary suspension.

Fees & Billing

License fees apply for the period/scope defined in contract or offer.
Access may be paused for overdue payments; reopening requires full settlement.

Privacy & KVKK

Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice.
Data subjects may exercise access, correction and deletion rights via contact channels.

Termination & Changes

Parties may terminate with written notice; effective at end of relevant period.
Updates to terms are announced via platform or email.

Limitation of Liability

KYP takes technical measures for continuity and error-free service. It is not liable for indirect damages from internet, integrations or user errors causing interruptions.
